Are you developing your intuition and an awareness of who you really are?

Do you place confidence in yourself and what you know to be true for you?

If you spend a lot of time regretting things you’ve done or decisions you’ve made or can’t make a decision, you don’t trust yourself.

If you beat yourself up, if you think you’re not doing good enough, or if you constantly feel like you have under-utilized potential, then you don’t trust yourself.

It’s typical to turn to friends and family who may want what is best for you. However, only YOU know what is best for YOU. Others don’t have the unique experiences, the answers, or the responsibility of having to live with the consequences of the decision.

Self-trust needs to be something you’re striving to achieve. Therapy teaches you how to live authentically and truthfully, learning to do things with passion, honesty, love and dedication. Trusting yourself is a process. But the more you start to live your life in a way that feels right to YOU, the more aligned you become with your intuition and following your heart.

Tell me your story.

  1. Cat,

I love your posts. And better yet, I love that I seem to catch them as I’m starting my day. They tend to inspire me to stretch myself outside of my comfort zone and to have faith that I will succeed. To maybe go a little easier on myself. Thank you!
