Who needs an enemy when you have yourself?

How do you talk to yourself?

“Ugly, no good, embarrassment, crazy, disgusting, worthless, fat, lazy, incompetent, stupid, disgraceful, pathetic…”

Who needs an enemy when you have yourself? Most likely you received these messages from others in your life; a family member, a so-called friend, a childhood bully, a bad relationship or marriage, someone who claimed to love you, or even the media. They got inside your head like a little devil sitting on your shoulder constantly whispering evil things about you in your ear…and you eventually believed them.

If you sabotage your own success, you are not alone. We hold on to negative beliefs about ourselves simply because it’s easier. The belief that we cannot do anything about it, absolves us from taking responsibility for it. What matters most is how you see yourself. Your negative thoughts hold you back. Nothing else.

It’s time to take back your self worth. With hard work, you can change it and I can help you.
