Take responsibility.

If you are in denial about who you really are then you will find excuse after excuse to blame others for your actions. It is all too easy to blame another person or situation when things go wrong in life.

However, not accepting responsibility keeps you helpless.

If you are looking to change your life you have to accept personal responsibility. Decide to take responsibility for everything that happened – the good and the bad. Start doing something about it. Once you stop blaming others and yourself, you can start forgiving and moving forward towards the life you want to create.
